Process
Process engineering for RT Impianti focuses on the design, management, control, and optimization of chemical, physical, and biological processes through the use of the latest generation of computing and computer simulation systems.
We study each plant according to the requirements requested by the customer. We take care of finding the right combination between the operating conditions and those of the project, respecting the safety criteria imposed by the laws in force.
Construction
We take care of the construction phase starting from the detailed engineering to the realization of mechanical components, metal structures for industrial plants, including the paper and printing, and energy sectors.
Assembly
In this activity, we follow procedures that allow us to carry out precision assembly within the required times.
- Plant design: from the development of detailed engineering to the installation of machines and equipment, metal structures, pipes, controls, and tests. Supervision, assistance, and maintenance interventions.
- Paper: installation of machines and systems for the Paper and Board and Converting sectors
- Print: installation of rotary machines, Edition, Packaging, Flexo, Extrusion, Pre-assembly, and on-site assembly, Maintenance and Automation Service
